Manufacturing Process

SFTGFOP requires careful attention at each production stage:

Plucking Standard

Two leaves and a bud plucked during first or second flush. Slightly less stringent selection than SFTGFOP1.

Withering

Controlled withering for 14-18 hours achieving 60-68% moisture reduction.

Rolling

Orthodox rolling preserving leaf integrity while initiating oxidation.

Oxidation & Drying

2-3 hours oxidation followed by precise drying at 90-95°C.
